The main activities of foundation is capacity building and training to deliver recent technology at farmers’ door step for its adoption for increasing their production as well as income is conducted time once in Kharif and another in Rabi. This is done by foundation to spread the subject matter of the training program among the farming community of state through newspaper. Farmers who are sitting in the remote corner of state use to take advantage by reading newspaper and adopting refined technology for enhancing crop yield as well as profitability per unit area and time.
The scientists of this foundation also deliver radio talk and television talk on important topic of seasonal importance in local language for the benefit of Bihar farmers’. Besides advising the farmers to adopt modern agro – technology, they also advocate them for growing HYV and hybrids of different crops. Thus Inductus Foundation is directly contributing to enhance production and productivity of different crops in the state and increasing their income too.
