Foundation has its chief mission to help small and marginal farmers, share croppers and landless women labourers to make their life pleasant with the help of intervention of agricultural technology. We also provides seeds of HYV and hybrids of high value crops to them only to safe gourd their nutrition as well as income. Thus, foundation has been doing a great service to change the lives of many farmers of Bihar.
The present day agriculture is knowledge based and it should be competitive. In this regard foundation teaches the farmers to reduce the cost of cultivation for increasing profitability per unit area and time. This foundation is also helping farmers to establish crops based cottage industries. Access to markets and grading, packing etc are also told to the farmers for higher income to live with dignity.
This foundation is also has a proposal to establish agriculture led village resource centre in partnership of national and international funding agencies which will solve the problems of rural people immediately in the village itself. The agriculture led village resource centre shall have following objectives:

Our another area to help farmers includes capacity building and training in field of high value crops, spice crops, water chestnut, medicinal and aromatic plants and bamboo cultivation. These crops are regular income generating and very suitable for value addition and cottage industries. This foundation popularizing cultivation of industrial crops such as sugarcane, rice, wheat, maize etc for making the rural people prosperous.

Objective of Project:

        • To develop a repository and dissemination window on rural informatics and act as a catalyst to enable information availability            to villagers through the proposed village centre.
        • To provide systematic and scientific decision support to all the existing and potential rural partners to meet their needs            concerned to functional areas.
        • To conduct need based training programmes on Rural Informatics and identifies the information gaps, missing and fills in the            gaps through the village centre.
        • To supplement the village centre with agricultural and animal husbandry based knowledge which is in great deficit in rural            Bihar.
        • In lack of scientific knowledge in remote areas of rural Bihar, the beneficiaries such as farmers, farm-women and other local           people are debarred to take advantage of organized marketing, which affects their economic condition. This village           agriculture resource centre will be helpful to provide latest information about the market variations and existing differences in           retail market rate at various nearby places, which will be helpful for farmers to take a judicious decisions in marketing his/her           product.
