Although, the country is experiencing economic growth as a whole, eastern  and north eastern state such as Bihar has remained backward in most of the development indicators since from a long time. The reason behind  this backward is found to be having the constraint of poor service delivery and improper human resources. To strike Bihar’s growth and prosperity, the state needs quality human resource and appropriate leadership towards creation of an enabling environment  that will support the policies, plans and methodologies for getting to a better future. Keeping above objective in mind, a new non-profit entity by the name, Inductus Foundation has been formed by the Inductus Consultants (P) LTD. The foundation envisions taking of adequate steps for the development of Bihar as well as for other underdeveloped regions in India.
